When I chose to run for this office, it was based on the premise that the election is about the man and the message, not the money. During my campaign I met many people who agreed with me and lent me their support, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone that supported the
Grassroots for Greer campaign.
Tangible or intangible, you have all given so much to this campaign and I cannot thank you enough. Whether it was taking time from your day to meet
and speak with me on the issues, lending a hand to put up signs, or telling friends, family and even total strangers about what we wanted to achieve for the people of New Mexico's second congressional district, and especially giving me your vote, your support has been invaluable.
Although I did not win the election, I am proud and gratified to have had your support. Thank you all. God Bless New Mexico, God Bless America!
